This was the first music program I coded and while it still has a few kinks and bugs, like all my projects, it works overall, and includes some of my favourite songs from Queen, one of my favourite bands.
Check it outMy first coded 3D effect (one of the rare ones) was combined with a colour picker, so that you can choose the colour of the rotated side of a cube. It's a simple effect, but one of the earliest things I learned in terms of translating along the Z-axis (basically rotating).
Check it outThis was my first attempt at AI, by having Jeevesbot, whom you can summon at the click of a button, and type in things you want to say or ask. Jeevesbot then responds. The basic mechanisms work, but I never got far wit it, as it got rather complex for my level of coding and interest was low. But if interest changes, I just might get to adding to it and fixing the kinks and bugs. I like to attend to the kinks first *winks*.
Check it outI'm a huge fan of visual effects, especially what can be done with fonts and writing in general. In addition to creating lots of shadow effect animations on my fonts on Elysian, I occasionally code something different, like the rotating letters here.
Check it outThis was my first attempt at following the trail of the mouse by leaving a streak of animating colours behind it. You can move it fast or slow, as you like it, but the effect is a fun little animation of colours turning on and off.
Check it outAs a fan of visual effects, I love to create text shadows and shadows in general, and when possible, to animate them for fun effects. These are some of the animated text shadow effects I have done for Elysian Chat, with the background themes named on each line.
Check it outThis is a program that I wrote that automatically calculates the birthdays of chatters on Elysian Chat and even gives a special animated shadow display on the birthday itself, as well as messages when it is less than a week until the birthday, and a message a few days thereafter. All the birthdays are automatically ranked after how close they are to today's date.
Check it outSince the program above was so useful on Elysian Chat, I decided to adapt it also for our sister site Elysian Inferno.
Check it outI created this video player for certain events where we can sit down on Elysian Chat and watch something together. It can be a lot of fun and there is no shortage of chatting in the meantime. In keeping with the season, I have included here Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin, which I highly recommend viewing.
Check it outThis is a simple enough program; it's an anagram maker, based on Count Olaf's practice of creating fake, new names for himself in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. You just click the letter in his name that you want the anagram to start with and you get your anagram, along with an image from the show.
Check it outI created this set of tutorials to help chatters, new and old, on Elysian Chat to understand basic things like how to change their font, how to fill it with colour and effects, how to change profile pics and music.
Check it outThis game was my first attempt at having a character that moved around. Your goal in this game is to eat all the cheeses before the attackers get you, all chatters from Elysian Chat: Coffee Dragon, BeautifulBadass, MR1776, and Zeus. If Mousey gets to the coffee cup, caffeine power mode is engaged, making Mousey move faster for a while. If Mousey gets to the power sign (lightning), ankle biting power mode is engaged, so Mousey cannot be harmed for a while.
Game onThis game was obviously inspired by the classic "Space Invaders." You have to blast the various blob emojis that appear before you, all of which have been designed and have special ranks. There is a whole mythology behind it that you will find on the page. It was also biting off a bit more than I could chew, so while it is playable, there is no end sequence. But maybe one day...
Game onThis game is a basic game of chance. Your goal is to kill the vampire by picking coffins, to find the one with BeautifulBadass in it, from Elysian Chat. The right coffin is randomly picked and the chances of her getting to you first and killing you increases with each pick, so sometimes, you stake the vampire, and sometimes, the vampire will feed on you.
Game onThis game is the classic game of "hangman," but with different levels of difficulty thrown in. This is a game I am thinking of revamping into having different topics of words, so there is more variety. There is always more work to do...
Game onDo you like challenging yourself with a speedy game? Do you like to curse, even if you maybe try to suppress it? Then try this speed typing game with all curse words. It's all right; I won't tell a damn soul that you played it...
Game onThis is one of my earliest games, where you can roll a die, roll two dice, or, more fun yet, play a game of heaven vs. hell. Will the angels win, or the devils? There's only one way to find out in this game of chance...
